Our warehousing and consolidation service in China provides 24/7 monitoring in our warehouse fully securing your goods. Our warehouses are fully insured for any damage or risks and we follow high safety standards according to international guidelines and you also get regular reports.
2.Do you provide cargo insurance when shipping?
We provide insurance options on your shipment by charging an additional insurance fee of 0.2% of the total goods value. This cargo insurance will cover all the risks during the shipment like thefts, fire, physical damage, sinking, etc.
3.Can I use my own forwarder?
You are welcome to use your own forwarder. The only thing you need to do is give the forwarder’s contact details to us and we will cooperate with your forwarder and arrange the shipment.
4.How Mulland Supply will help me if my goods are inspect or held by China customs?
When you take Mulland Supply shipping from China service, we will prepare the necessary certificates required by China customs to ensure seamless clearance. But in case the China customs inspect the goods randomly, we will do whatever is needed to ensure faster clearance and minimize the extra cost.
